The Optimum MDA system through the SaaS (Software as a Service) model allows the client to have a Collection Center where data security, processing and hardware maintenance tasks are the responsibility of ESG Utilities
This new service replicates all the characteristics of a Collection Center mentioned above, adding the advantage of being able to have a complete Optimum MDA in the cloud, without the need to consume hardware or worry about its maintenance, since all the underlying infrastructure , middleware, software, and application data will reside in the ESG Utilities data center
