Channel privacy policy
What data we process
If you choose to report anonymously, the channel does not ask for or store your name, email or IP address. The case is identified solely by a random code.
If you choose to identify yourself, we process your first name, last name and email for the sole purpose of handling your report and contacting you during the process.
From the report itself we process whatever information you decide to provide: description of the facts, category, country, business unit and any optional fields you complete.
Who has access
Only the designated members of the Ethics Committee. Access is recorded in an internal audit log.
How long we keep it
Cases are kept for as long as needed to handle them and to meet the group's legal obligations, and are then archived.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification of or deletion of your personal data by writing to the Ethics Committee. For anonymous reports we cannot link you to the case, so these rights can only be exercised by presenting the tracking code.
No retaliation
BLC Global prohibits any form of retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith, regardless of the outcome of the investigation.
