Transparency & Integrity Channel

Caring for what we are

BLC Global fosters an environment of transparency, integrity and respect for the law across all its operations and business relationships, in line with the standards of conduct set out in its Code of Ethics and Conduct.

Frequently asked questions

1 Can I report anonymously?
Yes. You may choose to identify yourself or report anonymously. In both cases you receive a tracking code to check your case status.
2 What happens after I submit my report?
Upon submitting your communication, you will receive a confirmation and a tracking code. An initial assessment of the report will be conducted within a maximum of 7 business days, and you will be informed of the next steps where applicable.
3 Can I face retaliation for reporting?
No. BLC Global prohibits any form of retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith, backed by the group's Non-Retaliation Policy.
4 What situations can I report?
Any conduct contrary to the law, the Code of Conduct or integrity standards: corruption, fraud, conflicts of interest, harassment, human-rights violations and health/safety/environment breaches.
5 What if I have no concrete evidence?
Evidence is not required. Describe the facts in as much detail as possible: what happened, when, where and who was involved. The Committee handles the investigation.
6 How do I follow up on my report?
On submission you receive a tracking code. Enter it on this page under "Follow-up on a previous report" to check your case status.
7 Who can access my report?
Access is restricted to individuals formally authorized to handle each case: the Operational Secretary, Ethics Committee members authorized to intervene, and—where applicable—specifically designated researchers or advisors. All individuals involved are subject to strict confidentiality and data protection obligations.
8 Is this channel only for employees?
No. It is open to anyone linked to the group's operations: staff, former employees, suppliers, contractors, clients, communities and third parties with legitimate knowledge.
